What you need

cup chickpea

tsp olive oil

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt
cup kale

cup dried cranberries

cup grated parmesan cheese

tbsp tahini

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp orange juice

tsp black peppercorn

tsp paprika
Instructions
1 Place the diced sweet potato and chickpeas into the air fryer. Spray or drizzle olive oil over the top. Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt. Air fry for about 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees. 2 To make the Tahini Orange Salad Dressing, place all dressing ingredients into a small glass jar and shake until combined. 3 Grab a bowl and assemble the ingredients for the salad. Lay down the kale at the bottom, add the cooked sweet potato, chickpeas, dried cranberries and shredded Pecorino Romano Cheese. 4 Drizzle the dressing over the top, toss and enjoy!View original recipe
